Provided through the use of our Website shall be governed by the Terms and Conditions Livestock terms and conditions All animals are guaranteed for 48 hrs from the time of purchase (collection/ delivery) Any issues MUST be reported in the 1st 48hrs of receipt of animal. If you have any concerns with animals after the 48hrs has elapsed please contact us on 07432661133 or 07538402981 and also your vet if the matter is urgent. Any considerations after this time are solely at Peter Rice Reptiles discretion. These terms and conditions apply to all online/ store/ expo/ preloved purchases. Deposits Minimum Deposits of 25% can be made by telephoning Peter Rice Reptiles on 07432661133 This will hold the animal until the pre agreed payment plan date. ALL Deposits are NON REFUNDABLE under ALL circumstances. We use a reputable reptile courier, we are happy for you to arrange your own courier providing they have adequate facilities to transport reptiles (collection during normal shop hours only).. Prices are shown inclusive of UK VAT @ 20%. We may refuse to accept an order: (a) where goods are out of stock or no longer available; (b) where we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment; (c) if there has been a pricing or product description error; or (d) if you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in our terms and conditions. (e) you do not have the correct set up for the animal purchased. All purchasers of Iive animals must be 18 years or older and we reserve the right to ask for identification.
